Limitations of Earned Value Technique

Yesterday I posted a link to an interesting article on Earned Value Management. In response to that post, Vincent Birlouez from PMinFocus posted a link that highlights the shortfalls of Earned Value technique. I followed the link, and read his article and the comments following it. Though I found some of the criticism a bit unfair, it definitely provides some food for thought.
