Rita Mulcahy's PMP Exam Prep Online course is an all-in-one course, which includes online audio-video lessons, online version of Rita's PMP Exam Prep book, Fastrack Simulator, and Flashcards. I think it costs in excess of $800. But if you can afford it, it's well worth the price, and should put you in good shape to pass the exam.

How I know so much about the course? I did its beta testing earlier this year. I wanted to post a comprehensive review, but haven't been able to get around it so far. It's still in the pipeline though.
